The basic salary is INR 45,000 per month, plus 0.5% of the net profit generated by the company's store.
The probation period is one month. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the basic salary will be increased to INR 60,000 per month, while the employee will continue to receive 0.5% of the net profit generated by the store.
Salary will be paid to the employee's designated bank account on the 5th of each month.
